Mobile Service The Door Doctor employs a team of skilled service engineers, all of whom have worked for our company for a minimum of 5 years and some of our staff have over 20 years experience in the trade. They carry out a wide range of repairs to PVC and Aluminium doors and windows and provide advice on security issues. We are specialists in PVC door and window locking mechanisms including a wide range of alternatives to discontinued parts.

All customers have appointments booked through our office and are given a date and time for an engineer to call and provide a free, no obligation estimate for work to be carried out. Some customers request a detailed typed estimate whilst others prefer a verbal quote, and we are often able to complete the works immediately if requested. Our comprehensively stocked vans and our mobile computerised price lists facilitate this.



Our engineers wear clean smart uniforms and we have a policy regarding appearance and attitude. We operate from clearly identifiable dedicated company vans and we endeavour to ensure that the area we are working in is protected by dust sheets and all waste is removed. Old double glazed units are removed unless the customer opts to dispose of these themselves.
